The Dickie Dee brand revival project remains paused while formal trademark matters are addressed.

Since the last update, Joe Kelsey has continued working to prepare a complete and accurate record of the 2025 revival project. This work includes organizing documentation relating to the project’s development, collaborative discussions, historical involvement with the Dickie Dee brand, and the substantial work undertaken to advance a proposed national revival.

This process now includes the preparation of materials intended for formal trademark proceedings through the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. These materials are being assembled to ensure that the public record accurately reflects the origins of the revival effort, the development work completed, and the role played by those involved.

Over the coming weeks and months, this website will be updated with additional factual information, timelines, and historical documentation relating to Dickie Dee and the 2025 revival project. These updates are intended to preserve an accurate historical record while the trademark process proceeds through the appropriate procedural stages.
